About the Artist

  • Claudia Iaccarino was born in Caserta in 1963.
  • Always passionate about sculpture, she started career working intensely in visual arts in the Neapolitan area.
  • She was a pupil of Maestro Carpine in Caserta (40 years ago).
  • Later she was a pupil of Maestro Antonio Siciliano at Portici.
  • She participated in several group exhibitions in Caserta.
  • She participated in several ceramics courses at Terramia.
  • She is specialized in raku ceramics also.
  • She participated in various exhibitions of Campania in Pietrarsa and a lot of ceramics courses for disabled students at the Nitti Institute of Portici (Naples).
  • She participated in an exhibition of sacred art in Pompeii presenting an acqusantiera mounted on wood of about 60 cm in height, sold at an important price.
